Well First do get adaware or spybot and scan yourmachine for spyware. if that's playing on yourmachine, than it's a good bet the spyware isinfected your machine. Next you can addlowermybills.com 127.0.0.1 to your Hosts.file in c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts.file, that will redirect any calls toLowerMyBills.com to the loopback address and sendthem nowhere.
