The sites lowermybills.com , lendingtree.com and realestate.com seem to have vanished off the face of the Earth. I read somewhere that Lending Tree was in a court case but that is all I know...

Answer #4 LendingTree and Bankrate.com are both being suedfor using bait-and-switch tactics. LendingTree,for example, advertises that "when banks competeyou win." However, many leads are sent directlyto it's wholly owned direct lending division, HomeLoan Center.LowerMyBills is having similar issues. - answered by Jason E Perkins
