All Answers: Answer #1You could but please realize that it is not likely to boil up as thin as store bought spaghetti.Youwill want to make sure that you roll it out verythin before cutting it into strands.

You can roll it into sheets and cut or form it anyway you like. Then cook it the same way you woulddried spaghetti from the store except that it willcook much more quickly. Probably less than halfthe time you are accustomed to.
