Question : What exactly is "Legal" about the restaurant chain "Legal Seafood"?

I've already checked their web site and used Google, and didn't find an answer for this one. Is there an Illegal seafood?

Check out the link below - It explains where the"Legal" name came from. It actually has nothingto do with legality, but "Legal Stamps" (similiarto S&H Green Stamps back in the day).
