"Affordable" meaning definitely less than $12 per person.Good meaning "Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I love that shrimp, or lobster, or clam chowder, or etc."...Mmmmmmmm I'm getting myself hungry just typing this.

TRY "FRIENDY'S" they have great tasting food

Answer #4
Definately dont try Friendlys if your looking forseafood. In Boston your not going to find muchfor under $12. Outside the city and on the coastthere are tons of little places that servelobsters and friend seafood. But seafood isexpensive and theres no way your getting a fullmeal for $12 a person. Good luck though.

Skip Jacks at 199 Clarendon Street in Boston wasone of my favourites when I lived there.TheNo-Name on the Fish Pier is popular but I don'tknow why. When I went the fish chowder looked andtasted like unrecognizable fish parts in hot milk. You can get a decent deal on a lobster lunch ordinner there though. The Union Oyster House has agreat raw bar downstairs and is a very coolhang.Avoid Anthony's Pier 4 and Jimmy's...they'reoverrated and overpriced. If you're in theBraintree area, which isn't that far from BostonProper, jimbo's is pretty good. And the BarkingCrab of course at 88 Sleeper Street at NorthernAvenue in Boston was voted CitySearch's 2003 bestoutdoor bar.
