Question : How do I move my mail from one POP3 server to a new POP3 server?
I currently am using a service provider called iPowerweb for my small business's email and domain hosting. I would like to switch to another service provider. I know what needs to be done to switch the domain and the hosting however, I am not sure what to do with the mail portion. All of my employees currently use the Webmail function and keep all their mail on the server as oppose to using the POP3 access and downloading to Outlook. How do I move all their mail to the new POP3 server??

Answer #3 Usually POP3 Mail Services won't let you exporttheir mail to a new service. The easiest way is toset up outlook to recieve mail from the old POP3server. Once that is done you can put in the newPOP3 server information and recieve mail from it.That is the easiest way to transfer from webmailservices that i can think of. - answered by Man Ace
