All Answers: Answer #1You need webspace from a hosting company then you'll need to build a pretty complex website.You'll need to check requirements like bandwidthetc from your hosting company then if you aregoing to charge people to sign up on the siteyou'll need to be setup as a business and have thefacility for people to pay via credit card orpaypal.Its a long hard process if you dont knowwhat you are doing

You're wasting your time.I did this two years ago- spent 6 months developing a fantastic site, andspent quite a bit of cash promoting it.but unlessyou've got MILLIONS to promote it, you'll neverget more than a few members, nothing like the webexposure you need, and it will fail.Sorry to bethe harbinger of bad news, but that's why it'lltake more than someone with the idea of copying analready successful site to break theirstranglehold on the market.

As it seems as though you are not experienced inthe industry, I'd advise you to hire the servicesof someone who is.There are too many pitfalls,like security, performance, reliability,scalability and maintainability issues to considerto want to do it yourself.Nevertheless, as youalready know, the industry is a very lucrativeone, so any money you invest in doing it properlywill probably be made back very easily.So, don'tdo it yourself, but hire someone who can.

ok now that you got a domain, with a populardating site you need a web host that can give youat least 40G of bandwidth and at least 2,000 MB ofstorage. Next you need the software that runs thesite, you can search for "dating script" at Googleor you can hire a programmer from RentaCoder.com.After you got the software installed you need topromote your site.
