Question: #1: I've read many articles, especially on bodybuilding.com, but I am still confused withreps, sets and weights?
I mean, are many sets better than less sets orvice versa? What is the correct balance of sets,reps and weight one should use when working out tobuild a balance of muscle, strength and fitness?Lastly, how many exercises should one perform foreach body part in order to grow them evenly andcorrectly? Please answer professionaly. Thanks!

If you are working to buld a balance betweenstrength and endurance, look to perform 2-4 setsof 8-12 repetitions of each exercise. The amountof weight is based on how much you can handlewhilst performing the above prescribed sets/reps.For your last question, just make sure you hit allthe spots. For your upper body, you should look towork on your biceps, triceps, forearms, wrist,shoulder, lats, pectorals. You can dispute the charge by calling your creditcard company and simply stating the facts - Theywill get in contact with bodybuilding.com and workto resolve the issue... That's really unfortunate- I've ordered MANY times from thewww.bodybuilding.com website and have never had anissue and always received my shipment within areasonable time frame .. I go to many bodybuilding showsacross the country like the Mr. Olympia/ArnoldClassic and they are a major sponser at eachevent.I buy the majority of my supplements fromthem as well. Alright man, I'm going to show you how to savesome serious$$$ on this stuff. First off dont goto either of those 2 sites. GNC is good if youwant to pick up your stuff local for the most partand bodybuilding dot com has many (dont)know italls on there so be warned,Call me cheap but thisis what I do I first go to massnutrition dot comand write down the price of the products that Iwant to buy, next I shoot on over tosupplementwarehouse dot com and pull up the samesuplement. They will have a box that says pricebust and you enter the price from the other website. 9/10 the other website is a bit cheaper thansupplementwarehouse but they still beat the priceby 5% so what you end up doing is depending on howmuch you spend is saveing about 7-12$ on eachthing you buy pluse these guys tend to sell thingthat are super cheap! How they do this is by theexperation date. Say you want a good deal onweight gainer, they may have a canister of sayBiotest that has an experation date for the nextmonth so they will sell it 60% off. The thingabout supplements is that they are good for 6months past the (best if used by) date. Remember,this is only the case on there advertized items.The price bust is only done on new products so youwill get the same product that wont expire forabout 1-2 years doing the price bust.Many who liftO weights commonley have one bitch in common andthats the price of our supplements. Men who buythis stuff are generally worse that the biggestpaper cutting discount woman who is in line at thesupermarket in front of you with her rolodex fullof (save .25 cents) on a can of beans.If you arebuying your own food this is a good idea as well.You have to know some wemon who know how to shopweather it be mom, grandma, sister, girlfriend,wife etc. Always get the cheaper price andremember many of the supplements are still 100%effective even if they are outdated by a couplemonths. Supplementwarehouse will be the best placeIMO and there have awsome shipping. They can evenmatch the shipping of competitors.
