Anyone ever tried them? How do the flowers arrive and are they bloomed or do you need to wait a few days for the flowers to bloom? Any info will be helpful, thanks.

I have used them both in the USA and UK. Theflowers chosen were delivered in perfectcondition, in full bloom. The people there werevery helpful and answered all my dumb questions.
