ING is a well known, well established financialservices company. The only positive about it, isthe interest rates they give. Basically, the wayit works is this...you open an account with themand you fund it by doing a funds transfer from abank account. It takes 2-3 days for the money toshow in your account with them and takes about thesame amount of time to get your money back fromthat account. If convenience is important, thenthis account is not good. ING does not have anATM where you could just go grab your money out. Doesn't work like that.

I've used it for a long time, and it's been great. Make sure you get a referral when you sign up andyou get a free $25 bucks. I would let peopleemail me for a code, but I think it might beconsidered spam so don't do that.
