Question : Can CitiFinancial ask when I get paid? Do they operate without supervisors or managers on all shifts?
I called to see if they received my bill and they asked when we get paid. When I asked for the reason, they couldn't answer. When I requested to speak with a manager they said there wasn't one there. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, I was given the same response. Help?

All Answers: Answer #1They all lie and say there's no manager or supervisor, or worse, they'll say you ARE speakingto the manager or supervisor. My husband justkeeps saying, I know there is a manager over you,and a manager over that one, so on so forth, andhe gets results.As for the first question, yes,they can ask.

Most call centers there are mangers there whenthey are open though sometimes mangers could be inmeetings or away from their desk in that case theyshould offer to have one call you back. My adviceis to get the persons name you are taking toBEFORE you ask your questions or explain a problemthen if they won't give you what you want such ascorrect answers or their manager then you can callback and report it to whom ever you speak to.Iworked in a bank call center and when I said I wasspeaking to my manager I really was speaking tothem. Sometimes speaking with a manager can getyou what you want but really the call taker can dopretty much whatever a manager can do.

They CAN ask anything they want. You do not haveanswer.The balancing act is a simple one: whoneeds whom more? Usually, you need them more andthus the problem you are having.There are alwayssupervisors. They are lying to you. Call backagain.Trying ignoring their question and insistinggetting an answer to yours - have they receivedpayment from you for the bill they sent( I'massuming that's what you really want to know)? Don't get lost in the details.
