Question: #2: Where to find shoes from Zappos in Canada?
Zappos unfortunetly doesn't ship to Canada and I was looking for some sort of rare pairs of ChuckTaylors which is on Zappos. They are the Jackassedition and black luxe pinstripes and I've beentrying to find a retailer that ships to Canada. Isthere some sites that you would recommend? Alsoplease don't recommend Foot Locker, etc, as it'snot very smart to travel citywide.

They even pay the shipping back if you don't likethem!!!My bet is they have some kind of contractwith UPS that saves them a little. Maybe they'reclose to a UPS air hub and it makes overnightrouting easier, so they were able to work aspecial deal with UPS.They probably buy in hugevolumes and get good deals. Not having the expenseof multiple fully staffed stores saves webretailers quite a bit of money. Electronics andother items can also be found MUCH cheaper on theweb. I've noticed that most of Zappos prices aregood, but not fantastic. I'd probably expectslightly lower prices on the web. So... some ofthe shoe price might go towards shipping.I lovetheir selecton though... and the speedyservice.... They're not always out of my size inevery style like the stores around here... I have only had good experiences with zappos and Ihave never heard anyone say that they got anythingthat was not authentic from them. My guess isthat they are real. YES.Zappos is the best! The ruturn shipping iseasy and free also.I once got a 95$ pair of shoesfree! When i got them, they were scuffed.So icalled Zappos and they informed me this was thelast pair, they didnt have another pair toexchange them with.They credited my 95 dollarsthat evening so i got a bad ass pair of shoesfree.No ones customer service is better.They willlet you return them ( again for FREE) as manytimes as it takes to get it right and they usuallyovernight you the new pair. - answered by: TJ

Zappos sells new merchandise.I order all of myCapezio brand dance shoes online because they arecheaper than at the store (I try them on at thestore to make sure I have the right size then comehome and order online! :) ). They've all comebrand new.You can't really go wrong trying it,especially because usually (if not always) theyhave free returns.I'm guessing they get eithercloseouts or overstocked items.Speaking of whichI've gotten some great deals at overstock.com aswell.
