When i got them, they were scuffed.So icalled Zappos and they informed me this was thelast pair, they didnt have another pair toexchange them with.They credited my 95 dollarsthat evening so i got a bad ass pair of shoesfree.No ones customer service is better.They willlet you return them ( again for FREE) as manytimes as it takes to get it right and they usuallyovernight you the new pair.
