Question : Has anyone had their wedding reception at the radisson hotel?
I am looking into having my reception there. Its a reception package..and i was wondering if anyone did this and what they thought about it?was there any hidden fees that they don't tell you about.please help.

All Answers: Answer #1A friend I knew got married there. She had problems with the liquor... they were crazy withhow much they charged for each additional drink-like if you wanted to add whiskey to the bar.Alsokeep in mind you need to add 20% gratitude andsale taxes to their numbers!!

Make sure that they include linens and ice in thequote (at no charge)....negotiate negotiatenegotiate. Be sure to get a clear price breakdownfor everything, and don't let them just sum it upfor you. If it isn't in the contract, then youshouldn't be charged extra for it. Read thecontract very very very very carefully before yousign it. Have someone you trust and who is goodwith numbers/contracts read it over as well. Don't rush into signing anything. I can't stressthis enough that you must NEGOTIATE. If theyquote an outrageous price for something, then justsay no, and tell them what you believe the valueof that is, and tell them you would be willing topay X for it.
