Question : my lloyds bank account has phone insurance included, but we bought new phones do we have to change details?
i am with lloyds bank and the account includes phone insurance, we were pay as you go but now we have both just bought phones on contractthe bank says it will cost £4.99 per phone to change overdo i need to do this or should i just leave itwhat do you thinkxxx vici

All Answers: Answer #1you will need it else any claim will be void got to get the details right less than a 5er isnothing for peace of mind

Hi ,Yes you have to let them know and give themthe new details of the phone so that if it lost orbroken you get a replacement for the same cost.
