Question : How many of you have bad experience with Cingular Wireless?
I wish I could go back to the past knew about Cingular's horrible service. In one word--Cingular Wireless has "Terrible" customer service.They don't have any respect for their customers--all they care for is MONEY. FOLKS----DON'T GET ANY PHONE, PHONE PLAN FROM CINGULAR WIRELESS. PERIOD. TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. I JUST CANCELLED MY SERVICE WITH THEM----I CALLED FOR A TECHNICAL ISSUE--AND THEY KEPT TRANSFERING ME FROM DEPARTMENT TO DEPARMENT AND FINALLY CUT ME OFF THREE TIMES!!! GUYZ---ONCE AGAIN...DON'T GET CINGULAR WIRELESS.

All Answers: Answer #1Whenever I call my friends that have Cingular I almost always get a "All circuits are busynotice"And a lot of them don't get my text's untilhours later. If at all.So yes I agree.

I've had cingular for years, when I have aproblem, I never call, I go right to one of theoutlet stores.. they have to help you there...good-luck
