Cingular Wireless

I had Cingluar wireless and the people at Cingular told me in my area that I would have medium coverage, well I didn't even have that I had 0 to 1 bars and couldn't talk in Wal-Mart on my phone so I called told them I couldn't get any service and they decided I needed a new phone, this happened 3 times every time they would send me a new phone. I had a 750 min. a month then they would roll over in 10 months time I finally cancelled the service with over 7800 minutes that I couldn't even use. I hate Cingluar wireless.

Ask Cingular what do they consider medium coveragearea; then ask to speak with a supervisor andexplain your problem.Advise them that you arewilling to go to their competion and/or internetand tell what lousy service you had from cingular,and the response from their representatives.Goodluck
