Lose Weight with Weight Watchers(R)!

Weight Watchers has helped millions of people around the world to lose weight.
Question : Looking for fellow weight watchers for help with dinner recipes?
Hello, I just completed my first week of weight watchers. I lost an initial 6lbs for my first week. So far the only challenge that I see in the future is my dinner plan. I was able to pull off eating different meals than my family for this week but I don't think it's very probable for that to continue. I'm looking for fellow weight watchers who also have to cook for a husband and children and looking for sample dinners with recipes and points values. Nothing strange or extravagant, I have to cook for 3 boys :) Any ideas?

I do feel for you, I am on weight watcher as well,I have lost 46lbs in 2 months. The result of meeating differently and not cooking the fatteningdinners I used to cook for my husband, is that myhusband has lost 10 pounds without even trying. Inever really got ahold of any good recipes to cookfor my husband and I. I have seen the WeightWatchers cookbook at Borders and Barnes and Noble.I glanced at it and all the recipes looked yummybut I didn't buy it. You should invest in thatcookbook I think you would get alot of use out ofit. As for me I just stick to salad for dinner.Keep up the good work and remember watch yourpoints and go to the meetings!
