Question : How many weight watchers points in a cup of coffee?
How many weight watchers points are there in a regular cup size coffee with two of those little pre-packaged milk thingies (2% milk - the little containers that they have in restaurants, im not sure how much milk is in there) and a tablespoon of brown sugar?Thanks!

coffee by itself has no points. it's what you addthat has points. use this to find out.

It's probably no more than 1/4 cup of milk, somaybe take how many points a cup of milk is anddivide it by 4? I'm not sure how much the brownsugar is. But it wouldn't definitely be easier tojust go with black coffee and it would be nopoints or at least no cals. Sorry this doesn'thelp much.
