Medifast Diet


Medifast helps you lose weight quickly and easily. Their low calorie foods taste great and fit into your busy lifestyle.
Question : MediFast Diet /Herbal Magic Feedback?
Any feedback on the use of the MediFast Diet. I need to loose about 80 lbs and lead a very hectic life (2 kids, work from home professional mom, shift worker husband). I just need some justification (if any) on spending the money to give myself the quick jump I need to start - I have already successfully lost 40 lbs on Weight Watchers but due to working from home and a new baby (20 months) cannot now commit to meetings etc. Also, is the plan economical if you are located in Canada - the site seems to indicate that they will ship to Canada. For Herbal Magic - just can't seem to wrap my head around the 3 times a week plus to up front investment - all feedback welcome!

Hi! I did medifast and did not like the taste ofthe shakes, plus I need to eat at least 1 meal aday. I did lose 7 pounds in a week on the plan,so it does work. I lost 30 pounds on Weightwatchers too but just needed some help getting theother 25 off. I could not lose more with Weightwatchers no matter what I did. Try a cleansingdiet! I did and lost 10.5 pounds and 17 inches inonly 9 days. I was very happy with the resultsand continued on the program and lost 25 pounds in5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lostwith other diets like Jenny Craig, WeightWatchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansingworks by removing toxins from your body. You gettoxins from your food (pesticides, preservatives,food additives, colorings) water, chemicals,pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that theanimals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The toxinsget coated with fat and remain in your body. Toremove the fat, you have to remove the toxins. This system worked for me, maybe it can work foryou too. I've personally been on medifast for about twomonths now and I've lost close to 50 lbs. Ihaven't had results like this on any other diet. Afriend of mine got me started on this diet and hehas lost over 90 lbs and is feeling great. I wouldsay the only drawbacks are probably the cost andthe fact that you pretty much have to stick to itor you may not see the desired effects. The priceis actually not too bad if you compare it toeating out everyday or buying regular groceries,about 10 dollars a day for medifast. As far assticking to the plan, this isn't terribly hardcompared to some other diets, you just have tomake sure you drink enough water and get all yourmeals in.I have been overweight most of my lifeand tried several methods for weight loss,medifast is the first one I've actually hadtangible results with. I hope to see it all theway through this time.
