Question : buying from strawberrynet.com?
Have you ever bought anything from strawberrynet.com. I've bought something from them and i've just received a postoffice card saying I have to pay £11.80 customs charge. I've looked on the website and it says they can reimburse us if we get a high charge. Has anyone on here experienced this? Do they refund the whole payment or just part of it? I have sent them an email. Thanks

All Answers: Answer #1I bought something from Strawberrynet just before Christmas and received a customs charge from RoyalMail for £12.80. I emailed Strawberrynetstraight away regarding this and they repliedwithin an hour and advised that I should pay thecustoms charge to Royal Mail directly (I paidonline) and then fax a copy of the receipt tothem. I did this all within a day and my creditcard was refunded £12.80 from Strawberrynetwithin 3-4 days.They are a great site to buy fromas the cosmetics are so reasonable, it is just abit annoying having to go through thisprocess!Good luck.
