confidence is the key. are you good at picking upgirls? do you have a good personality? beleive itor not these things will get a job for you. walkin there like you own the joint, talk to the guyinterviewing you with confidence like you havebeen doing that job for years and they need youmore than you need them. i am a supervisor of 3restaurants and this is what i look for basicallywhen i interview managers.also, keep it simple andto the point, make eye contact, and know what youare going to say. dont stumble on your words.

Have a good, firm handshake. Research info onEnterprise so that you can ask some good, intelligent questions when the opportunity arises. Be prepared to talk about a "weakness" of yours, all the while putting a positive spin onthings.Write a follow-up thank you note andre-express your interest in the program.

Answer #3
I am currently working with Enterprise and justgot hired in the MT program in May :-) Most peoplethat work for Enterprise (ie, your interviewer)are very personable and easy to talk to, sousually the interviews are pretty smooth. Usuallythe type of people they look for are veryhardworking, competitive, good at thinking ontheir toes/problem solving, and friendly. If youhave those qualities you will really enjoy workingfor the company! Any previous sales experience isgreat but if you don't have any just emphasizeyour willingness to learn how to sell. They areused to hiring people right out of college whodon't have much experience in the work force. Goodluck in your interview!
