Yup, it was a mid-size store in downtown. When Iwent there on one evening during work days, therewere only 2 staffs in the cashier. I bought aRange Finder (which I returned the next daybecause it was broken). The cashier was veryunprofessional in talking to me (which was a youngguy ). He talked to me like this when Iapproached him:"What'ssup man." When I gave himmoney. "Dude, do you have smaller bill?". Thenhe just wrapped up the binocular and says nothing. No thank you and have a good day?? What kind ofa store is this golfsmith??

Answer #3
I go to the Golfsmith store in Santa Clara andalways have a pleasant experience. If you're inthe area, I would reccommend stopping there. Ihave been to the one in SF and nothing reallystood out with regards to the customer service. Iwas basically just "killing time" during lunch ata conference. Besides, as small as the SF storeis, I can't imagine it would have near theinventory as the other Golfsmith stores in thearea could provide.
