Question : Can you add Godiva Chocolate Liquor to ganache?

I would do it just to see if it works.Melt thechocolate in a double boiler. Warm the cream in asaucepan or microwave but be careful not to scald.Add the warm cream to the chocolate (still in thedouble boiler) and mix together until evenlycombined. Beat the mixture until the ganache issmooth and glossy. Remove from the heat and serve.For extra zing add a couple of teaspoons of yourfavorite liqueur or spirit to the ganache. Thisrecipe actually says to add liqueur for zing, butyou already have it in your Godiva chocolates.
