Question : What is the difference between an Lanebryant Outlet and a Lane bryant store?
I was searching for some tan colored pants and when i was at the Lanebryant website and put in my zipcode it came up a couple different locations but the closest one is a Outlet store im just wondering whats the difference between the 2 thanks alot everyone

All Answers: Answer #1Outlet sells overstock or last seasons clothes (normally everything is really cheap). Stores sellwhats in that season.

An outlet store normally has cheaper clothes. Thereason being is this is were the styles fromprevious seasons go when they don't sell in theregular stores. In many malls they have the LaneBryant stores, much pricier.

An outlet store is a store with discounted items,usually ones that have fallen out of stock at aregular store. When these don't sell, they go toan outlet store for less expensive prices. Anexample of this is the Nordstrom's Rack.

The store Lane Bryant has things that just cameout this season. After a while, whatever is leftover of this season's stock is marked down for asale, and over time marked down even more. Whenthe seasons change out from winter to spring orfall to summer, all of the left over marked downmerchandise is moved to an outlet. The onlydifference is that the outlet sells drasticallymarked down merchandise that didn't sell in thestore. That, or the clothes had a defect such as amissing seam or belt or something.The clothes arejust as good, and they're cheap too. Outlet storesare awesome, you should go check it out, I getnice clothes at them all the time.
