Question : What's it like to work for Lane Bryant?
I am considering a keyholder posistion at Lane Bryant and was wondering if they were a good company to try to build a career with. Any idea what the pay and benifits are?

All Answers: Answer #1I used to be a catalog sales rep for Lane Bryant. I would be the one you would call and placetelephone orders with. It was a good job. Iliked it. The pay was decent, the hours weregood, we got good incentives and it was veryemployee focused. But then again, I worked at anoutsourced call center FOR Lane Bryant, not forLane Bryant directly.

I have worked for Lane Bryant store in the mallbefore. I enjoyed working there. The discountsfor employees are good and the employees aretreated very nice. Sometimes the work hours suck,but it is a nice place to work. I really enjoyedthe friendships I made with all the women I workedwith. I also learned how to hang up clothescorrectly...hahaha
