Try a french twist, this would be verysophisticated looking and great for an interview. The shorter parts of your hair would fall out butyou could pin them back or just let them flow.

I would say try a trim, Get a bob hair style, itssexy, and professional at same time. If you wantto add spice to it, get an inverted bob, angledshorter in back and longer in front, Just get aslight angle at first for interview. will lookgreat, Its probaly time for a trim anyways isn'tit?? Good luck with the job.

Your hair style sounds fine. You can tie it in aponytail or leave it down. I've had my hair tiedin a ponytail before for a bank interview. I'vealso worn my hair down back when it was severalinches past my shoulders. Just make sure yourhair is freshly washed and clean, and out of yourface and eyes. Keep it simple. Bring your smileand confidence. I worked for two banks for atotal of seven years. I've interviewed with fourbanks, and I received job offers from all of them. I currently work in human resources at a majoruniversity. Good luck on the interview. Concentrate on the questions at hand, "Tell meabout yourself. What are three words yourcoworkers would use to describe you? What did youlike least about your job? What makes you angry? Why do you want to work here? Etc." Don't worryabout the hair. Dress conservatively.

The classic French twist, elegant and sleek, isperfect for special occasions like weddings andblack-tie parties. The modern French twist, aflirty modification to the classic, is good forcocktail parties, work or a night out on the town. Steps: 1. Begin with clean, dry hair. You mayopt to blow-dry curly or wavy hair straight for asmoother look. Work a little mousse through yourhair for easier manageability, and tame anyflyaways with a drop of anti-frizz serum. 2. Gather hair back into a low ponytail. Raise theheight of the ponytail in order to pull in anyshorter side layers. Begin to twist hair to theright or the left. 3. Lift the ponytailstraight up as you continue to twist the hair. Aroll will begin to form against your head. Bendthe fingers of your free hand around the roll asyou continue to twist the tail. 4. Achieve aclassic French twist by tucking the end of yourponytail under the roll. Simply bend the tail anduse the fingers cupping the roll to hide it. For amodern twist, let the ends of your ponytail outfreely. 5. Secure a classic twist with bobbypins. Moving in the direction of the twist, hook asmall portion of the roll, and then a smallportion of hair to the side of the roll, with thelower prong of a bobby pin. Then turn the pin 180degrees and insert it deeply into the groove madeby the roll. 6. Fasten your modern twist usinga large barrette or hair sticks. Clip the top endof your twist, including small amounts of hairfrom either side of the roll. You'll need a sturdyclip with a very strong hinge mechanism. 7. Graze the tip of a hair stick through a 1-inchsection of your roll, moving in the direction ofthe twist. Lift your hand, turning the stick 180degrees, then insert it snugly through the roll.Repeat with a second stick. Tips: For theclassic twist, you might substitute small haircombs for pins. Move the comb in the direction ofthe twist, snagging a small portion of the rolljust before you pass over it. Lift the comb 180degrees and then push gently into the roll andhide it in the groove. With a lot of practiceyou'll learn to achieve this look in less than 10minutes. Warnings: Avoid pulling or twistingyour hair too hard, as unwanted breakage or hairloss may result. Be careful not to claw yourselfwith the ends of combs, bobby pins or hair sticks.
